Returns & Exchanges

At Vintage Wholesale Europe, we strive to provide high-quality curated stock; however, if you are not satisfied with your bulk order, you may initiate a return within 14 days of delivery. Please note that items must be in their original received condition and part of the original wholesale lot to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Shipping the Goods

  Ship the package to our European distribution center using a tracked courier service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the inventory against the original manifest, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
