What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

To support businesses of all sizes, our minimum order quantity starts at 10kg for bulk bundles or a minimum spend of €300 for hand-pick sessions.

Do you ship internationally across Europe?

Yes, we ship to all European Union countries and several non-EU territories. Delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

Can I visit your warehouse to hand-pick my stock?

Absolutely. We offer hand-pick appointments at our main facility. Please book at least 48 hours in advance through our online scheduling tool.

What is your return policy for wholesale orders?

Due to the nature of used clothing, all sales are final. However, if there is a significant discrepancy in the grade or weight of your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and direct bank transfers (SEPA). Orders are processed once the full payment has been confirmed.
